Our jewelry is made from 316L surgical stainless steel – the same quality used in medical equipment. This means it is skin-friendly, does not tarnish, and can withstand both water and daily use without losing its shine.

Our jewelry is made to last.
But accidents sometimes happen. That's why every piece of jewelry comes with a 3-year warranty.
Has the chain broken? Has the pendant been damaged? We will exchange it for a new one completely free of charge.
Just for your information: Our warranty only covers damage. This does not apply to minor scratches from natural wear and tear. So, if your item is lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged by you or someone else, we unfortunately cannot replace it.

Is the size you ordered not quite perfect?
Then we offer free exchanges. This means we cover both the return shipping and the new shipping for the correct size.

365-day return policy
Are you considering ordering a gift, but are unsure if it's the right one?
We have a 365-day return policy, so the jewellery can be returned or exchanged for a full year after the purchase date.
Delivery and shipping
We offer day-to-day delivery on all orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays.
You can choose between GLS and PostNord - both for parcel shops and direct home delivery.
Free shipping on purchases over DKK 349, or DKK 29 for parcel shop delivery.
