Our jewelry is made to last.
But sometimes accidents happen, which is why every piece of jewelry comes with a 3 year warranty.
Is the chain broken? Is the pendant damaged? We'll exchange it for a new one completely free of charge.
Just for your information: Our warranty only covers damage. This does not apply to minor wear and tear. So if your item is lost, stolen, or intentionally destroyed by you or someone else, we unfortunately cannot replace it.

Then we have free exchanges. This means paying both the return shipping and the new shipping for the correct size.

We have a 365-day return policy, so the jewelry can be returned or exchanged a full year after the purchase date.
