But sometimes accidents happen. That's why every piece of jewelery comes with a full lifetime guarantee.
Is the chain broken? Has the pendant been broken? We will exchange for a new one completely free of charge.
Just for info: Our lifetime warranty only covers damage. This does not apply to minor scares from natural wear and tear. So if your item is lost, stolen or destroyed by yourself or someone else on purpose, unfortunately we cannot replace it.

Then we have a free exchange. This means paying both the return freight and the new freight of the correct size.

We have a 365-day right of return, so the jewelery can be returned or exchanged a full year after the date of purchase.

We have day-to-day delivery on all orders that are ordered before 14.00 on weekdays.
You can choose between GLS and PostNord - both to the parcel shop and directly to your home.
