At a young age, Oliver Hartkopp started surfing with his older brother, Christoffer Hartkopp, and was immediately hooked on the sport. At just 13 years old, he made the decision that would shape his life: “I’m going to spend my entire life doing this.”
To pursue his passion, Oliver built his life around surfing and moved from Zealand to Klitmøller, known as Denmark’s best surf spot. Ever since, he has been riding the waves and chasing his dreams.

Victor Kløve grew up with resin in his blood. With both of his parents having played handball at an elite level, the path was paved for Victor, who discovered his passion for the sport at an early age. Growing up in Brønderslevhallen gave him not only a strong foundation in handball, but also a competitive spirit and a dream of taking the sport further than his parents had.
Already in high school, Victor’s talent was noticed, and he was given a special arrangement that allowed him to balance his studies with additional training. He finds the field of medicine incredibly fascinating, as it gives him the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. His passion for both combat sports and medicine makes him a versatile and dedicated individual who strives to give his best in every aspect of his life.

More Than Snowboarding
Mikkel hasn’t just been part of the Danish snowboarding scene. He has also helped build the community around it. Riders.dk has, among other things, written about him as the man behind M.V. OPEN in Hemsedal and as the founder of Slushicemag, a Danish snowboard magazine. They have also covered his snowboard film The Art Of Love, where he once again used his passion to inspire others to get into the sport.
That makes Mikkel’s story bigger than his own runs. It’s about bringing your friends along, lifting up younger riders, and creating something that others can become a part of. From skating in Denmark to snowboarding in the mountains, he has always been driven by the same force: following the feeling, sharing it with others, and spending his time on the things that truly matter.

For Oliver Hartkopp, financial rewards have never been what drives him. Surfing is not a particularly lucrative sport, and his livelihood depends on sponsorships and brand partnerships. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this way of life was put to a serious test when almost all of his sponsors pulled out. It was a period that forced him to question whether it was even possible to make a living from his sport.
